The area around the Château is rich in historical sites and monuments, markets and gastronomic experiences and, of course, a fabulous diversity of wineries and wines.
As of April 2023, you can enjoy all that this stunning French region has to offer firsthand. Located on our working estate, and adjacent to the Château itself, our 18th century farmhouse will have completed a full renovation that will preserve a traditional look and feel throughout its four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and, at its heart, an open living room with impressive stone fireplace.
Simply relax within its limestone walls, or venture onto the estate and its walking trails among the vineyards, fields, woods and lake. Should you prefer, we would be delighted to organise tours of the estate, private dining and wine tasting (including a first tasting of the 2022 vintage, currently still in vat). We can even manage travel logistics if you wish — taking all the guesswork out of your stay.
And, if you happen to be a rugby supporter, don’t forget that France hosts the World Rugby Cup in 2023 and several matches will take place in the Stade de Bordeaux in September and October, making this the perfect time to combine your love of sport and wine!
