The Château Méaume Invitational Rallye d’Automobiles Classiques was created to bring together two passions…a love of beautiful classic cars and the majestic countryside and vineyards of Bordeaux.
The Château Méaume Invitational Rallye d’Automobiles Classiques was created to bring together two passions…a love of beautiful classic cars and the majestic countryside and vineyards of Bordeaux.
The rallies focused on exploring the many stunning and beautiful vineyards and château around Bordeaux. In 2022 participants got to enjoy the majestic vineyards of Pomerol, beauty of Saint-Émilionand rolling hills of Fronsac.
In 2023, it was the tun of the Left Bank, with two days spent exploring the revered château and vineyards of the 1855 Classification. This entailed driving around the Médoc, Saint Estèphe, Pauillac, Saint Julien and Margaux. Time was also taken to stop and enjoy some of the fine dining establishments and wine tasting venues.
And in 2024, the rally explored the hidden gems in Pessac-Léognan, Sauternes, Barsac and Entre-deux-Mers. These unexplored wine regions offered beautiful scenery, fun roads to drive and excellent wines to taste and enjoy.
Winning the Château Méaume Invitational Rallye brings with it another unique opportunity: the chance to have one’s own classic car feature on the label of a limited number of bottles from the estate’s following year’s vintage. Typically, this means some 50 cases (300 bottles), one of which is gifted to each participant of the rally – and none of which are available for sale.
